Charlene Dortch has 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, and she holds her life, annuities, and health insurance license in Virginia. Alongside her husband, Ron Dortch, she established the firm in 1989, joining the firm as a full-time project manager and licensed life and health agent in 2007.

Prior to working with Ron, Charlene spent more than 25 years in a successful business career that included operations and sales leadership roles in banking, supply chain management, customer service, and entertainment organizations.

Charlene was born in Detroit, Michigan, and grew up in Norwich, Connecticut. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, and then continued on to earn her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Averett University.

Alongside Ron, Charlene supports various Rotary activities and charities in the community, and she is an assistant soccer coach. The couple has three grown children and five grandchildren who also live in Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with their grandchildren, ballroom dancing, hiking, and practicing Taekwondo, a Korean martial art, with Ron.
